Great place, there is an English menu if you need it

Amazing tonkatsu, thick & juicyThe breading smells heavenly with a crunch that is just right. Pork is juicy and tasty. Not a fan of the fatty parts in any meat but this one is just fat juice for the soul. Tender. No problem at all driving my knife into the meat. It serves as a meal set with tonjiru (pork miso soup), bowl of rice and pickles and a lot sliced cabbage.

Holy Tonkatsu! This place is incredible. There was around a 20 minute wait at lunch time. The smell inside is just heavenly as you wait for the delicious meal to be prepared. They have English menus available and it is cash only. We left incredibly satisfied and will definitely be back before the trip to Tokyo is over. Enjoy the experience! It is so worth it.

Convenient to public transportation. Nice, friendly feel from the staff. Large portions of food. My friend had the menchi katsu and I had the curry with a large meat patty with cheese inside. Alcohol can be ordered but hot and iced tea can be self serve.

Amazing tonkatsu! We ordered the special tenderloin,and everything is good. And you can add extra rice if you're still hungry,

Second dinner in Tokyo. No mistake in here.That was very delicious tonkatsu.Atmosphere is calm with jazz music.And staff is adorable. Thank you !

Very good tonkatsu

Good, but very slow...

I thought everything was pretty mediocre. The pork cutlet is good, but nothing super special. I thought their rice was really hard and dry. Maisen is still the best tonkatsu I’ve ever had.

Very nice and juicy. Heavenly paired with the local Akasaka Hoppy beer.
